Refund and Cancellation Policy

At our hotel booking website , we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to cancel or modify their bookings. The following policy applies to all bookings made through the Website:

Refuld Policy

We offer refunds on bookings in accordance with the following terms:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will be refunded in full, less any applicable processing fees.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost.
• Cancellations made less than 07 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking cost.
• No-shows and early departures will not be eligible for refunds.
• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the cancellation date, and will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
• 10% Admin Charges & GST are applicable for any Cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

We allow customers to cancel or modify their bookings in accordance with the following terms:

• Bookings can be cancelled or modified up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, subject to availability and any applicable fees and subject to availability.
• Changes to bookings, such as modifications to the check-in or check-out dates or changes to the number of guests, may be subject to availability and additional fees.
• Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified less than 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Customers can cancel or modify their bookings by logging in to their account on the Website or by contacting our customer service team. No refund cancellation on same or previous day * No refund will be made in the case of mechanical trouble to the vehicle or natural calamities like, landslide, flood, earthquake, heavy snowfall, or any other reason beyond the control of Hotel. * Hotel shall not be responsible in any matter whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passengers during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicles or due to any other cause/unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Hotel

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

For the Diwali, X-mas, major National festival and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Exceptions

In some cases, bookings may be subject to different cancellation or refund policies due to special circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons or for group bookings. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
